Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Oversee and manage all stages of the sales process from initial enquiry to final sale
- Provide after sale service in an effective and professional manner
- Maintain good relationships with various vendors
- Prepare sales reports and manage the sales database
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 1 years’ experience
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Confident yet friendly and warm personality
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
