We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role includes managing the reception area, assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding and MPF administration, and supporting various administrative activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming reception area.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientation and training coordination.
Manage MPF contributions and related documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain personnel records.
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings.
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in the development of administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administrative management or HR support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
