We are seeking a highly organised and discreetAdmin Officerto provide both professional and personal support to a senior executive. This unique position blends administrative excellence with personal assistant duties, requiring a high level of trust, adaptability, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and back-up support to the Personal Assistant, including travel arrangements, record-keeping, tracking deadlines, and online research.
Perform both business and personal secretarial duties, including preparing correspondence, documentation, and reports.
Manage procurement of household and office supplies, and coordinate property and household maintenance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on both business and personal matters.
Handle urgent or time-sensitive matters, including occasional support on weekends or public holidays.
Qualifications:
University degree or tertiary education.
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
Mature, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Willing to work beyond regular hours if required.
Immediate availability preferred.
