We are looking for a presentable and motivated Assistant Relationship Manager Trainee to join the Corporate Banking team.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements.
Discuss customer needs, line structures, and terms with the Relationship Manager or Account Manager.
Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to gather all necessary information for credit proposal processing from clients.
Prepare all credit proposals with a focus on risk analysis and mitigation strategies, ensuring they meet bank standards and highlight key financial factors.
Gain a deep understanding of the bank’s credit policies, products, and services.
Build a positive relationship with the Credit Manager to clarify any queries.
Respond to customer calls as needed.
Manage account onboarding and prepare call reports.
Execute KYC/AML tasks, deal execution, and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.4.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial sector.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with knowledge of Cantonese as a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of the bank’s credit policies and operational systems.
Strong credit and legal knowledge, along with marketing skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a capacity to work effectively in a team.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
