We are seeking an Business Development Executive for an international law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with partners and attorneys to create tailored proposals and presentations.
Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences to promote the firm.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and business development activities.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports on business development initiatives and results for management review.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of legal services and the competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
