Responsibilities:
Assist the team in business development initiatives.
Handle the annual submission for legal rankings including related research, data collection and maintenance.
Maintain updates in news, articles, and other relevant information on intranet and company’s management pages.
Assist the team and at times take the lead in drafting practice group and/or client presentations.
Support the team in initiative meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and driving follow up to meetings to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
An undergraduate degree, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Law firm, professional services or corporate experience strongly preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems, work independently, and take initiative.
Ability to compile, review and determine logical conclusions or recommendations based on qualitative & quantitative data & information in various content and format.
Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Excellent ability in effectively use technology, database, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
