They now have a temporary requirement for a highly efficient Administrative Assistant to support one of their teams in the business. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Finance team
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Assist with photocopying and scanning of any documentation
Organize and maintain a good filing system for any administrative paperwork
Accurate entry and updating of data into any relevant spreadsheets and systems
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Degree qualified
A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience providing outstanding administrative support, preferably within financial services/asset management
Strong presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – comfortable in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive with outstanding problem-solving skills
