A prestigious and well established private equity firm is currently looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support senior level executives within the firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate whom is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm, and have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, alongside proven experience supporting senior members of staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide all round secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives
Manage extremely busy diaries and schedules including travel arrangements and visas
Coordinate meetings, set-up video/audio conferences, and prepare meeting and marketing materials, e.g. PowerPoint presentations
Communicate and handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications including effectively screening calls
Maintain CRM database and input any related activities
Conduct research on competitors and market trends as required
Assist with expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Liaise with various stakeholders, international offices, clients, and external consultants
Maintain discretion on all confidential matters
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Solid experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management within financial services/asset management
Proficient in working with CRM databases
Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
Be able to work independently and as part of a strong admin team
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
Good knowledge of MS Office
