A world famous and much loved sports brand is looking for a superb Executive Assistant to support their dynamic Managing Director and team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, flexible, bright and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibility
• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to senior management
• Manage daily schedules, business appointments, travel itineraries and expenses for the MD and team
• Provide office administration support where required
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required, including providing support to senior management during their trips to Asia
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. International and startup experience will be beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent or native command of English is essential. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin or Spanish will be beneficial
• Outgoing personality, efficient, responsible and highly organised
• Confident knowledge of MS Office
