Our client is a prestigious and globally recognized private equity firm actively seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their recruitment function. We are in search of an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in supporting hiring, and preferably experience in the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Create and update job descriptions and job postings
Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and recommend suitable candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and provide support during the interview process
Assist in negotiating employment offers and preparing employment contracts
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Coordinate and organize team events, meetings, and conferences
Handle general office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or in recruitment roles
Previous experience in the finance industry is highly desirable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
