They are now seeking a top calibre, seasoned, and highly independent Executive Assistant to support their Hong Kong CEO and another Business Leader. Responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative and secretarial support to CEO & Business Leader
Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings, conference calls, events, and frequent international travel itineraries and arrangements
Coordinate videoconference meetings across multiple time zones and be on standby to provide technical assistance during these calls
Ensure the CEO & Business Leader are adequately prepared for any meetings, business trips or other engagements
Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence as requested
Liaise with senior stakeholders, international offices, clients, and external consultants
Provide coverage for EAs who are out of office to ensure seamless support to all senior level employees
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree qualified
A minimum of 8 years’ experience providing outstanding administrative support, preferably within financial or professional services
Strong presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be beneficial
Prior experience providing outstanding executive level support in an international environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to solve problems and think "outside of the box"
Superior attention to detail
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality
