A dynamic and fast-growing group is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive who heads up the company. This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding candidate who is passionate about delivery and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm, and have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, alongside proven experience supporting senior executives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Manage extremely busy diary and schedules including travel arrangements and visas
- Co-ordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials, e.g. PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate and handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications including effectively screening calls
- Manage any requirements that may be needed by CEO, ranging from personal support for family matters through to preparing research for meetings
- Assist with expenses and filing
- Maintain discretion on all confidential matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management
- Excellent English is a must and Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
- Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
- Be able to work independently and as part of a strong team
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work – this person must be able to take initiative and go beyond expectations
- Good knowledge of MS Office
