We are looking for a Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman of an Asset Management Company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and conference calls across multiple time zones
Anticipate the Chairman's needs, prioritize conflicting demands and make decisions with the Chairman's objectives in mind
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulators
Prepare briefing materials and summaries for meetings and events
Conduct research and analysis on various topics as required
Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed
Be available for work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the Chairman's schedule and urgent business needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and quality in work product
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
