We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity and support our marketing, retail, and internal communication objectives. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects from concept to final production.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Asset Creation:Design a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, banners, posters, digital advertisements, social media content, and promotional graphics.
Brand Stewardship:Ensure all visual outputs maintain strict consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and identity across all touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with the Marketing, Product, and other departments to conceptualize and execute designs for campaigns, product launches, and presentations.
Digital & Web Design:Create and update digital assets such as website banners, UI elements, email marketing templates (eDMs), and other online graphics.
Internal Communications Support:Design engaging internal materials, including newsletters, reports, training guides, and company announcements.
Production Management:Coordinate with external printers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the highest quality production of all physical design materials.
Photography & Editing:Conduct product and event photography, and perform professional photo editing for various digital and print uses.
Event & Retail Marketing Support:
Design event collateral, including backdrops, invitations, and promotional items.
Support two key divisions:
Beauty Division (Perfumes & Cosmetics):Assist in developing and maintaining visual merchandising (VM) guidelines. Monitor in-store displays at key retailers (e.g., Sephora, Cosme, Sa Sa) to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Consumer Electronics & Home Appliance Division:Create promotion brochures, product catalogues, and related retail materials.
Creative Conceptualization:Initiate and propose creative ideas for Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) concepts.
Ad Hoc Projects:Efficiently respond to urgent design requests and support various departments as needed.
Requirements:
3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
High proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A strong eye for detail, typography, and color, coupled with innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of skills across digital, print, and branding projects.
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail, beauty, or consumer electronics industries.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Experience with photography and photo editing.
