Responsibilities
- Deal with client requests, changes or complaints
- Coordinate with related parties to provide solutions to client enquires
- Ensure a warm, friendly and approachable attitude at all times
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably from the travel or tourism industry
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Genuine passion for travel
- Experience working or studying overseas is advantageous
- Experience having travelled internationally is essential
- Native English speaker
