An international financial services firm is looking for a superb Office Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be flexible, friendly and positive with good energy.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls and greeting visitors
• Handle and prioritize incoming mail/email for the office
• Greet clients and provide general information on all aspects of the company
• Oversee and complete basic office tasks such as managing office supplies and equipment
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
• Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
• Confident yet friendly and warm personality
