A highly prestigious and well-respected international law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to lead the administrative operations in their office Singapore. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office, from facilities management to team leadership. Responsibilities
· Ensure the day-to-day smooth operations in the office to support clients and lawyers
· Manage overall office administrative operations
· Implement firm-wide policies and procedures
· Oversee office space planning, build-outs and renovations
· Manage legal secretaries and office staff
· Responsible for the assignment of secretary to lawyer to ensure sufficient and effective support in place
· Liaise with government authorities for registrations, filings and records
· Assist with budgeting and cost controls
· Coordinate with business services and security teams
· Plan and execute office activities and social events
· Supervise business services, legal, and administrative staff
· Partner with HR team on recruitment, workflow, and HR matters
· Conduct staff performance reviews and provide development
· Review and maintain competitive employee benefit packages
Requirements
· Degree holder in management or equivalent
· Minimum 6 years of related management experience, preferably in law firm or other professional service environment
· Excellent communication in both oral and written English
· Strong technical skills and knowledge in HR are essential
· Great leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and strong collaborative approach
· Integrity and high ethical standards
· Singapore Citizen or PR is a must
