About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant. This role is perfect for individuals with less experience but the right attitude, who thrive in a supportive, people-focused environment. Strong English skills are essential. The position can be part-time or full-time (2–3 days per week; flexible).
Responsibilities
Manage office administration to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, including handling payroll, staff expenses, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Support Microsoft SharePoint for smooth information flow and coordinate IT support.
Organize scheduling and travel for the Director and senior management, keeping the Director’s calendar updated and preparing for meetings.
Coordinate charity events, company gatherings, and promote company culture through mini-events and wellness initiatives.
Assist with onboarding new hires, basic HR administration, and prepare government returns and business correspondence.
Update client databases and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about solving problems.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in office software and comfortable using digital tools.
Discreet and trustworthy, particularly with confidential information.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Previous experience in office administration, executive support, or recruitment is a plus, but a positive attitude is the most important.
