A high-profile non-profitable organisation is currently looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the founder. Applicants must be energetic, and passionate about introducing different arts and culture to the local community. A successful candidate must have excellent Chinese (Cantonese) alongside strong English communication skills, and be highly organised with meticulous care.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Handle personal matters and related scheduling
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Founder
Manage a busy calendar of meetings and events
Act as a ‘gate-keeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation
Prepare and arrange travel itineraries, visa, hotel, and car reservations
Be flexible and willing to work outside of normal office working hours from time to time
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese) writing and speaking skills is a must
Good knowledge of MS Office
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
