Our top tier client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Family Personal Assistant to manage our household and support with our children's schedules. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, caring, and efficient individual who takes initiative to ensure the smooth running of our family life.
Responsibilities:
Children & Family Support:
Manage the children's complex daily calendars, including school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments.
Coordinate all logistics for the children, including timely drop-offs and pick-ups.
Provide supervised care for the children as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist with homework supervision and organization of school-related materials.
Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Organize children's closets, rotate seasonal clothing, and manage inventory of necessities.
Household Management:
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy and organized home environment (e.g., children's areas, kitchen, common spaces).
Run family errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other household purchases.
Manage household inventories and supplies, ensuring all essentials are well-stocked.
Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and other household staff.
Assist with planning and organizing family events, trips, and vacations.
Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a PA, nanny, or household manager for a private family.
Extremely organized, proactive, and possesses a "can-do" attitude. Must be a strong problem-solver and able to anticipate needs.
Must exhibit the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is highly preferred.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
