About the role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chairman. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. You will act as a vital part of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office and personal duties, offering both administrative and personal support. Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Chairman.
Serve as a key point of contact for communication on behalf of the Chairman, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
Coordinate and organize confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
Arrange and prepare for high-level meetings, ensuring agendas, documents, and reports are well-organized.
Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring the Chairman is supported in both professional and personal responsibilities.
Maintain an organized and accessible filing system, both electronic and physical.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting a senior executive or board member.
High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including the use of tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A flexible and adaptable attitude with a willingness to assist in both professional and personal support tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, supporting collaboration and understanding in a diverse workplace.
