Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to join their team. This role primarily focuses on managing household activities.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in coordinating household and event activities. Your role will revolve around ensuring the smooth execution of daily schedules, managing appointments, and facilitating seamless communication between various stakeholders. You will play a vital role in maintaining the overall efficiency of operations, promoting teamwork, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and outings, ensuring optimal time management and efficient scheduling
• Supervise drivers and maid
• Plan and organize complex travel arrangements
• Managed event planning, overseeing invitations, menu preparation and hosting
• Manage and maintain the household activities schedule for children
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate dynamic scheduling needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken);
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a household management or personal assistant capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
