About the role

We are seeking a world‑class Personal Assistant (PA)to support our CEO & Founder. This role is unique in its blend of responsibilities: Personal Support and Business tasks. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner who is proactive, adaptable, and consistently several steps ahead, ensuring the CEO’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Support
Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate household, family, and lifestyle logistics with discretion.
Handle personal correspondence, errands, and confidential matters.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Business Support
Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow‑ups.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Support special projects and research tasks.
Provide administrative oversight to ensure commitments are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a PA/EA supporting senior executives or founders.
Proven track record of balancing personal and professional support.
Hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in English & Cantonese
