About the role
We are seeking a discreet, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a private individual/family. This role is exclusively focused on managing the complex personal, household, and lifestyle needs of the Principal to ensure their daily life runs seamlessly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a trustworthy professional who thrives in a private, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Lifestyle Management:
Manage the Principal’s complex personal calendar, including appointments, social engagements, and family activities.
Coordinate all aspects of personal and family travel, including private jet/charter bookings, hotel reservations, villa rentals, ground transportation, and detailed itinerary planning.
Act as a central point of contact for the Principal, screening personal calls, emails, and correspondence with the utmost discretion.
Manage personal errands and ad-hoc requests with efficiency and confidentiality.
Household & Estate Management:
Liaise with and oversee household staff (e.g., housekeepers, drivers, chefs, security) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage household inventories, supplies, and procurement for everything from groceries to luxury goods.
Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, and projects with vendors and contractors.
Assist with the management of household budgets, tracking personal expenses, and processing invoices.
Family & Administrative Support:
Provide support for family members, which may include scheduling, coordinating activities, and other related tasks.
Organize private events, from intimate dinners to larger family gatherings.
Handle confidential documents, including personal correspondence, contracts, and family-related matters.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or in a similar role within a private household or UHNWI setting.
Impeccable discretion and a proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a talent for anticipating needs.
Excellent communication skills. Fluency in [e.g., English and Cantonese] is required; Mandarin is a strong plus.
Proficient in common software and apps for scheduling, communication, and expense tracking.
A service-oriented mindset, with patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A valid driver's license is often preferred.
