A reputable medical group is searching for an outstanding Receptionist to join their office in Central. The successful candidate will be reliable, personable, resourceful and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Handle and prioritize incoming mail/email for the office
- Monitoring and ordering stock
- Sorting and distributing post and arranging couriers
- Handle all incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Maintaining data on system and creating of records
- Ad-hoc general administrative duties
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ receptionist or customer service experience
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willing and eager to help others and get involved
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Pleasant, detail-minded and hard working with a strong sense of responsibility
- Assertive and polite with good customer services and interpersonal skills
