Our client is one of the world’s leading and most respected investment management firms with an established footprint in Asia Pacific. They are now seeking a top calibre and highly efficient Recruitment Coordinator to help support the Recruitment team across the region.
Responsibilities
Coordinate client and candidate meetings, including internal and external interview schedules, booking meeting rooms, video conference and phone interviews
Arrange and coordinate travel and expense reporting for the team
Responsible for generation and upkeep of departmental reports and database in order to analyse and refine recruitment process
CV formatting
Assist with business travel bookings and visa applications renewals
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to team members as needed
Align with other functional HR areas across the Asia region
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in financial services firm or sizeable company
1 year or above of experience in recruitment field
Bachelor’s Degree holder
Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately available is a must
