We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Senior Commercial Manager to support growth across a diversified investment and trading group operating in real estate, consumer electronics, and lifestyle sectors. This role demands strong market insight, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business development and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Managing Director’s senior commercial partner: drive execution across sales regions in South Asia and North America, suppliers, and internal functions.
Coordinate with overseas sales teams on pipeline, forecasts, orders, allocations, pricing actions, promotions, and after-sales follow-ups.
Liaise with suppliers/principals on product availability, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and issue resolution; prepare concise decision memos and briefing notes.
Provide high-level executive support: stakeholder communications, meeting prep, and post-meeting summaries.
Consolidate and analyse sales, inventory, and margin data; prepare management updates, flagging risks and opportunities.
Lead coordination for new technology brands, including certifications, channel readiness, launch plans, and sales enablement materials.
Uphold confidentiality and represent the office with maturity and credibility across senior internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
10–15 years in commercial operations/sales operations/executive office roles within distribution.
Demonstrated success coordinating across multiple countries/time zones and managing principal/supplier relationships.
Strong commercial acumen: forecast management, PO/inventory tracking, pricing/margin basics, and high proficiency in Excel and dashboards; CRM/ERP exposure preferred.
Exceptional communication: fluent English required; Mandarin strongly preferred.
Already based in Hong Kong; Hong Kong Permanent Resident preferred.
High energy with a hands-on, detail-strong approach; willing to put in extra hours when needed.
