A well respected and globally recognised Financial Services firm is currently looking for an energetic and highly efficient Senior Executive Assistant to support their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple stakeholders and be highly motivated with confidence handling an international team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle complex and demanding scheduling of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
Regularly coordinate global meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, including agenda’s, room bookings, IT requirements, and materials
Organise detailed international travel itineraries and arrangements
Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
Field all telephone calls
Extensive diary management
Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses
Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
Ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years’ experience in a Financial Services firm in a similar role
Highly organised with effective time management and a high attention to detail
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and polish
Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritise time sensitive work
Exceptional time management and organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
