Responsibilities:
• This position covers two brands initially with initial ratio respectively approximately 90%-10%
• Responsible for Asia Pacific region planning (finished goods and components)
• Responsible for regional components purchasing and communication with suppliers
• Regional product & components sourcing
• Responsible for regional operations- orders management/execution with 3PL and in SAP, including enquiries, shipments monitoring, customs documentation
• Inventory management and reporting for regional warehouses, stock reconciliation
• Communication with Chinese distributor / regulatory advisors
• Support in new product development coordination
• Participates in QC procedures definition, implementation, and control
• Preparing ad-hoc supply chain reports & analysis
Requirements/skills:
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
• Knowledge of customs procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word
• ERP knowledge is advantage (preferably experience in SAP business 1)
• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese, French very nice to have
