Responsibilities:
• Coordinating of recruitment activities and event management
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling a busy calendar of meetings, appointments
• Scheduling of internal training initiatives
• Liaising with the recruitment team
• Coordinating with the talent team and getting involved with the internal graduate scheme
• Handling of visa applications
• Data input
• Mpf & Payroll experience
Requirements:
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• University Graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Highly organised
• Positive and professional attitude
