A reputable international corporate and investment bank is looking for an experienced individual to join their Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services team, based in their APAC HQ offices in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:

Negotiate and maintain corporate accounts and services such as contracted airlines, hotels, serviced apartments, travel agencies and relocation service providers

Manage club membership accounts for senior staff

Manage all soft services including mailroom function and a small team of staff

Assist with offices moves and changes, including office floor planning

Work closely with the building management and Facilities Team to ensure smooth running of premises including maintenance and some project work

Work closely with Finance on issuance of invoices and cost allocations, and participate in quarterly and annual forecasting and budget planning
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
-
At least 6 years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate Services, preferably in financial services/banking

Experienced in liaising and negotiating with different vendors; including procurement
-
Excellent communicator, analytical and detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage self independently and manage a small team
