A market leader in its industry is looking for an Administration Manager to join their office in Discovery Bay. The successful candidate will be energetic, personable, detail-oriented and highly organised.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, and maintain records in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the company
- Respond to queries from allocated overseas clients, providing detailed information in an accessible format
- Ensure accurate input of related data
- Provide a quality, customer-focused first line advisory and information service, giving initial support and guidance to clients on policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with development and changes to visa regulations, policy and procedures, and ensuring that they are adhered to
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably along with overseas education
- Superb communicator, friendly and approachable when answering phones and dealing with the team
- Highly organised, independent natured, and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience of office administration is essential
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
