An elite international law firm is looking for a meticulous and flexible junior Administrative Assistant to support their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be pro-active, highly organized and detail-minded.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support to the office and the Director of Administration
- Assist in records management and storage related matters
- Manage vendors and review contracts
- Prepare budget and assist in company assets management
- Handle petty cash and manage the administrative expenses
- Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of secretarial and administration experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Attention to details and good interpersonal detail skills to deal with people from all walks of life
