Job Description

A leading and highly established asset management firm with offices across the globe are looking for a superb Receptionist to join their growing team in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be highly polished, friendly and have excellent communication skills. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Represent the company at Reception
  • Greet both employees and clients in a warm and friendly manner
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails for the office
  • Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team
  • Support the Office Manager with handling facilities matters and day-to-day operations of the office
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Highly presentable, confident yet friendly with a warm personality
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous facilities experience
  • Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
  • Punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
  • Enthusiastic and able to be proactive
  • Good knowledge of MS office
