A leading and highly established asset management firm with offices across the globe are looking for a superb Receptionist to join their growing team in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be highly polished, friendly and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at Reception
- Greet both employees and clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Handle all incoming calls and emails for the office
- Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team
- Support the Office Manager with handling facilities matters and day-to-day operations of the office
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Highly presentable, confident yet friendly with a warm personality
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous facilities experience
- Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
- Punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Enthusiastic and able to be proactive
- Good knowledge of MS office
