A reputable international law firm is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be personable, highly organised, and have experience in office relocation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Associates
- Oversee office relocation project
- Handle document and fillings
- Manage office supplies and diary arrangements
- Work closely with other staff and coordinate office events
- Support and provide back-up to existing staff and receptionist
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder with minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in a varied administrative role, preferably within a law firm, financial services or professional service firm
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good team player with superb interpersonal skills
- Responsible, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
