A fast growing energy consumption HK Listed company is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be highly organized, able to multi-task and cope in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties such as preparing materials & minutes for board and shareholder meetings
- Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, announcements and circulars, including Environmental, social and Governance (ESG) report
- Implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities & initiatives
- Provide support to ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Communications or related disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
- Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) application
- Efficient, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
