A well-established multinational professional firm is looking for a proactive and personable Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-orientated, and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to 2 to 3 senior consultants and a project team
- Handle complex diary and calendar management
- Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
- Coordinate client meetings, and responsible for all client administration
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and efficient
- Ability to multi-task, good judgement and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English, Cantonese and fluent Mandarin
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the professional or financial services industries
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
