A well-established multinational professional firm is looking for a proactive and personable Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-orientated, and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to 2 to 3 senior consultants and a project team
• Handle complex diary and calendar management
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Coordinate client meetings, and responsible for all client administration
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and efficient
• Ability to multi-task, good judgement and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English, Cantonese and fluent Mandarin
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the professional or financial services industries
• Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
