Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to Senior Partners and Project Teams
• Organise scheduling and handle diary management
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Co-coordinate internal and external client meetings
• Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive and efficient
• Ability to multi-task, good judgment and driven to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience supporting a team
• Excellent English, Cantonese and fluent Mandarin
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the professional or financial services industries
