An independent investment firm dedicated to Asia is looking for an outstanding candidate to support their team of Senior Executives. The successful candidate has great language skills, is highly motivated and willing to go that extra mile.
Responsibilities
• Handle senior management extremely busy diaries and schedules
• Co-coordinating of meetings and conferences
• Extensive travel booking
• Prepare travel visa application for team
• Communicate and handle high volume of incoming and outgoing electronic communications
• Maintain and update database
• Responsible for general clerical duties, such as greeting visitors, answer phones and direct call to appropriate parties promptly and effectively
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier deliveries
• Work with Head of Business Development and Operations to organize company events and parties
• Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Strong language skills, with fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
• High energy, mature and very stable
• At least 3 years solid experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management
• Excellent work knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Able to record, transcribe and distribute meetings of minutes
• Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and highly organized
• Positive work attitude and high work commitment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, flexible and adaptable to changing job tasks
• Normal duties from 9-6, but be responsive on emails and call outside of normal hours
• Financial services background an advantage
