A leading investment bank is looking for an energetic and superb assistant to support a key member of their management team. This exciting opportunity gives the candidate the chance to work with a dynamic firm and be responsible for various duties in a fast moving environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complex calendar and travel arrangements
• Manage all expenses and follow up with invoices
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a good relationship with colleagues
• Full administrational support to high level executive with ability to support additional executives where required
Requirements:
• Previous front office EA experience is also essential, minimum of 3 years
• A stable working history is essential to be considered for this role
• Excellent English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ability to multi task while prioritising and working to deadlines
• Ability to work at a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organised, independent natured and calm under pressure
• Great team player
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• Motivated to always provide exceptional service in any task
