This hugely successful Global Investment Bank are looking to hire a Part-Time Assistant – fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate/graduate with 2-3 years of experience max, or a Mum looking to return to work. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role with the opportunity to demonstrate outstanding communication skills along with a highly organised, self-motivated nature.
Responsibilities:
- Manage in-coming telephone one calls for the office in a polished and professional manner
- Assist in/execute general administrative tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks incl booking cars, restaurants and taking responsibility for expenses
- Become involved in organizing events and other initiatives
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment and remain calm under pressure
- Technical know-how, incl advanced Microsoft Office
- LCC and/or Bachelor degree preferred
