An international law firm is looking for a HR Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Recruitment team
- Register or update candidates record on database
- Support recruitment process
- Assist with visa applications
- Support and assist for recruitment event logistics
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably along with 1 year relevant working experience in HR
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Confident yet friendly and warm personality
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
