A leading interior design company is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Hong Kong office. This person will be responsible for client servicing and general marketing activities for the business.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative to an executive and members of his team, including answering phones, coordinating meetings, managing conference room bookings, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls, etc.
- Manage various administrative systems, such as systems for client data base, client account reports, invoices, expenses etc.
- Responsible for a variety of marketing tasks related to website, web portal and social media Channels (eg. FB, IG, Youtube, etc.)
- Responsible for other marketing related paper works including preparing quotation, marketing materials and filing system
- Maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally within a relevant field (marketing, graphic, design)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing is highly desirable
- Creative, passionate about digital marketing with good presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
