Our client is a reputable International law firm. They are currently looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support
• Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents
• Billing and inputting time sheets as required
• Maintaining the internal filing system
• Handling legal correspondences with internal and external parties
• Other ad hoc administrative duties or projects as assigned
To Qualify
• At least 2 years working experience as a legal secretary within the legal industry, with experience in global firm will be advantage
• Audio typing experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
