Job Description

My client, a well-regarded Hong Kong based investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager to provide support to their team based in their Central office. This is a lovely opportunity to become a part of a close-knit team in a blended role of office operations and team support to Senior Executives. The successful candidate will be highly professional, a team player and have a positive energy about them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and take care of day-to-day operations
  • Be the face of the company by taking calls, liaising with clients and answering the door to visitors
  • Provide secretarial support to a team of approx. 20 people, alongside a fellow Office Manager
  • Full diary management and co-ordination of busy schedule of meetings
  • Book complex, international travel and visa arrangements
  • Process expenses
  • Ad hoc administrative support where needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree educated
  • Strong language skills –fluency in English and Cantonese, both spoken & written
  • Solid and stable experience in an Office Manager or Administrative support role essential, ideally within financial services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Well presented, polite, and good telephone manner
  • Positive work attitude with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High level of discretion
