Our client, a Chinese multinational investment company is looking for an Office Manager with admin and HR experience to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised and confident in their ability to manage the everyday running of a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing team
- Supervise and oversee the work of admin and HR staff to ensure a smooth office operation
- Maintain good relationships with various vendors and liaise with the landlord and monitor upkeep and maintenance of office equipment
- Responsible for a full spectrum of HR related duties including recruitment process, training and development, compensation and benefits and other talent management activities
- Manage various administrative systems, such as systems for client database and client account reports
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 5 -7 years relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical or Chinese medicine industry
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, good judgement and driven to work in a fast-pace environment
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
