Our client is an international luxury retail organization who is looking for a Retail Operations Executive to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational back office support to retail team
- Work closely with Assistant Operations Manager to assist in store maintenance and renovation projects
- Review and analyze sales, stock and performance reports
- Lead the frontline sales team to achieve sales target and provide excellent shopping experience to customers.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Confident yet friendly and warm personality
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
