A well-established management consultancy is looking for a superb Personal Assistant to support their Partner. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial support and personal assistance to the Partner
- Manage a busy calendar and arrange complex international travel
- Prepare and arrange travel itinerary, visa, hotel and car reservations
- Act as a ‘gate-keeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation
- Oversee and reconcile expenses, prioritise and organise emails
- Draft and proofread general correspondence, emails, memos, letters, presentations, and reports
- Manage correspondence and a variety of other operational and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years of secretarial experience in a varied PA/EA role, preferably within the professional services industry
- Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Responsible and reliable to handle confidential information
