An international events agency is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and pro-active individual who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. The successful candidate will be ambitious, bright, and have at least five years of project management experience within an events contractor environment.
Responsibilities:
• Project-related stakeholder management (clients, suppliers, internal departments) on every level of the hierarchy
• Work closely with headquarter and regional management
• Manage the team in reviewing quality, progress, safety, budget and deadline
• Monitor and implement exhibition projects and events
• Drive the growth and deliver new business with high quality
• Expand the network of partner’s and suppliers in all production and creation competences
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 5 years of senior project management within the exhibitions or events industry, preferably in an agency/contractor, specifically in Asia
• Extensive and proven Project Management, Risk Management & Quality control knowledge
• Solid multi-national exposure with a good sense of cultural sensitivity
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to hit the grow running in a fast-paced environment
• AutoCAD is essential
